Maximum Motorsports K-Member Kit With 10” 300LB Springs Koni Struts 5.0L Mustang 1990-1993

This Maximum Motorsports (MMKMP-46 300-10) K-Member Kit with 10” 300LB Springs is designed to completely replace all the factory suspension components on the front end of your 1990-1993 Mustang. The K-Member package will improve suspension geometry while also reducing the front end weight (40lbs.-Plus Over Stock Components). The Factory Front Suspension Components are heavy and were not setup for handling. All the Maximum Motorsports Parts are proudly manufactured in the USA!

This K-member is 26% lighter than the factory K-Member found on your 1990-1993 Mustang. The Maximum Motorsports K-member is constructed from high quality tubular steel. The motor mounts on the K-member are in the factory location but also include additional locations so you can move the engine rearward by 1”. The Front Lower Control Arm Mounts are shifted 0.75” straight forward, this will increase positive caster and moves the center of gravity slightly rearward for improved weight distribution. The stiff K-Member design will prevent flexing, which will improve steering response and handling.

The Maximum Motorsports Front Lower Control Arms are constructed from 1.25 DOM Steel Tubing that is configured in a A-Arm design, this will provide greater rigidity than the standard V control arms. Maximum Motorsports gussets the critical areas preventing fracturing. Maximum Motorsports assembles the control arms with OEM low-friction ball joints. The Front Lower Control Arms will improve steering response and enjoy better control of dynamic alignment through less deflection with Urethane pivot bushings. The Reverse-Offset Front Lower Control Arms will move the ball-joint rearward, along the centerline of the Mustang. These Front Control Arms will maintain the stock fore/aft tire location when installed with an MM k-member.

The Front Coilover Kit includes Threaded Sleeves that will only work on the Koni Front Struts. The Maximum Motorsports Coilover Kit comes with 10” Springs with a Spring Rate of 300lbs. The 10" 300lb Springs are great for Mustangs that see heavy street and entry-level performance handling at the track. This kit allows you to adjust the ride height so you can dial in your stance easily with the included tool. Maximum Motorsports includes all the necessary components to completely install Front Coil Overs on your 1990-1993 Mustangs.
