i have a T 45 tranny from a 96 to 98 Mustang 4.6 GT. Is this the adapter i need to bolt it up to a stock 88 to 95 Mustang 5.0 bell housing? what clutch, pressure plate and throw out bearing will i use with this setup? thanks

I am putting a project together and I have a 1979 302, a 15200 lakewood bellhousing and a 1963 ford side loader trans. I also have a T 5 from a 2000 mustang. and I am thinking of using the T5 is there an adaptor for this?
