This MSD (83503) Black Pro-Billet Ready to Run Distributor with a Rev Limiter takes only 3 wires to connect to the coil after you've installed it in the engine, and then you're ready to go! It comes with an HEI-style distributor cap and rotor and a built-in rev limiter designed to protect your engine. You can add O-ring seals to modified blocks for an improvement in oil pressure control, and there's also a special oil tract for improved lubrication to the distributor and cam gear! Not only that, the nylon pads help with smooth operation of the advance weights and the built-in module produces a 7.5 amp single spark through high RPM, which means it'll outperform stock ignitions and help smooth out your engine idle, improve starting and provide a higher RPM range. This distributor is CARB E.O. approved too!

You can also easily adjust the mechanical advance with the supplied springs and stop bushing, so you can customize the ignition curve to match your specific engine's needs. And this distributor is more than just functional and practical! It comes to you in a good looking and long lasting CNC-machined billet aluminum housing along with a billet aluminum base. It has a maintenance-free magnetic pickup and precision reluctor that make stable trigger signals throughout the entire RPM range.
