The subframes are reinforced at each bend and include Steeda's exclusive torque box reinforcing plate for the strongest attachment possible to the rear subframe for maximum effectiveness.
The subframe connectors also feature a one-piece reinforced seat bolt cross brace. Some subframe cross braces have eight individual gussets which must be carefully positioned and welded on. Meanwhile, other kits use no reinforcements at all in their cross braces. Steeda's cross braces have reinforcing gussets built-in, for greater strength with less welding.
Other full-length subframe connector designs do not attach all the mounting point plates to the connector, meaning you must weld them during installation. This adds time and complexity. Steeda full-length subframe connectors come with all mounting point tabs pre-welded to the subframe connector to save you time during installation.
