The patented VariShock QuickSet 1 features a 16-position, positive-click knob that adjusts overall resistance of the shock in both compression and rebound at the same time. Each knob is laser-etched with directional arrows and “plus/minus” symbols that clearly indicate which direction achieves the desired adjustment in your 1968, 1969, 1970, 1971, 1972 or 1973 Mustang. This awesome combination air spring and shock absorber directly replaces the OEM coil springs and shocks and when fully deflated, the vehicle rests approximately 5"-6” below the stock ride height but can be raised to your desired driving height with just the push of a button!

The upper control arms feature double-adjustment couplers, with an adjustment range of 1”, with travel centered at the stock control-arm length. Caster can be varied within a 6-degree range and camber within 5-1/2 degrees. Alloy-steel rod ends feature low-friction, polymer-bearing races, eliminating deflection for a smooth ride. Grade 8 hardware and fasteners secure the rod ends to the aluminum pivot shaft. This 1” drop pivot shaft will eliminate the need to drill new holes in the shock tower to obtain the advantages of higher camber gains and improve vehicle roll rate for a level of control and command that you are going to love!
