This kit's reinforcement plates are designed from CNC-laser cut, CNC-formed steel plate. BMR's torque box reinforcement braces are designed to bolt onto your 1979-2004 Mustang's chassis, adding strength to the lower control arm mounts. This means you can put as much power and torque to the wheels as possible, without fear of damaging this critical area of the chassis.

BMR's torque box reinforcement plates are designed for street performance, drag race and handling applications. This kit includes the braces and hardware to reinforce the lower rear control arm mounts (torque boxes). The plates bolt in using supplied hardware and require very little fabrication to complete. If your Mustang makes extreme amounts of power, or if your primary use is for racing, these parts can be welded in for extra strength. The reinforcement braces have a bare steel finish.
