Vehicle Fitment

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Wrong size connection stud The threaded stud that the factory wire connector slides on to is to small. The connector will not stay on. I have a brand new harness, so my connector on the harness should not be the problem. Looking at the old sending unit, this one is definitely different.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from are these 3000k thermistors or 10000k thermistors? i bought one of these things to fix my coolant gauge in my 1992 lx... and for some reason the brand new sensor is reading backwards... i always thought the hotter it got the lower the number and so on... But this sensor is showing backwards ... the hotter it gets the higher the ohm... so its totally messing up my gauge... any reason why??? but id like to kno if these sensors are 3000k thermistors or 10000k thermistors so i can apply the reading to my chart... Because i think your selling the wrong type of sensor for our mustangs...

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Temperature Gauge works great! My engine was rebuilt a year ago and the temperature gauge read above Hot. I replaced the sending with one from a local auto parts store, and it still read above Hot. I ordered a temperature sending unit from CJ pony parts and it works Great!

You may need a brass reducer. If you purchased a new intake it may come with one.

I need the pigtail to go on the temperature sending unit so can that be ordered?

Asked by: Lucille
Sorry we do not offer a pigtail. We do offer the gauge feed wiring but we would need to know the year and engine size.
