This Rear Differential Cover from Ford Racing (formerly Ford Racing) is cast from aluminum and showcases cooling fins to help decrease your gear oil temperature and lengthen the life of your gear and bearings. Because of its finned aluminum design, there will be a slight increase in the strength of your rear end housing. The fluid capacity of your rear end housing will stay unaffected but this cover also features two drilled and tapped cooler ports that have the necessary 1/2-14 NPSF block off plugs installed. These cooler ports are also ideal for use as fill and drain ports. Lastly, another great advantage to this cover (M-4033-KA) is that there is a sealed machined port for a temperature sensor with M10 X 1.6-6h threads.

*Fits all 1985-2014 V8 and 2011-2014 V6 Mustangs except 1999-2004 Cobra's equipped with IRS (Independent Rear Suspension).
*Fits ALL 8.8" Ford Rear End Housings, Except 1999-2004 IRS.
