UPR 8.8" Rear End Brace for 1979, 1980, 1981, 1982, 1983, 1984, 1985, 1986, 1987, 1988, 1989, 1990, 1991, 1992, 1993, 1994, 1995, 1996, 1997, 1998, 1999, 2000, 2001, 2002, 2003 and 2004 Mustangs.
These UPR Rear End Braces offer additional reinforcement for the 8.8 rear axle in your 1979-2004 Mustang! By bracing your axle tubes on the center section, your rear axle will gain rigidity. This can come in handy if you're hooking up drag launches and don't want to break anything.

The UPR Rear End Braces are constructed from 2024 Aircraft Billet Aluminum and include high-quality heim joints plus all the necessary mounting hardware. The Rear End Braces will tie the axle tubes and center section together, to strengthen your stock 8.8" rear end. One end bolts on to the center section, and includes tabs to be welded onto the axle tube. The UPR Rear End Braces are proudly manufactured in the USA!
Please Note: The UPR Rear End Braces will NOT fit 1999-2004 Cobra Mustangs.
