ARP Oil Pan Stud Kit High Performance 12-Point For Side Rails 302/351W

Developed specifically to work with side rail equipped oil pans in your 302 or 351 Windsor engine, this ARP 254-1904 High Performance 12-Point Oil Pan Stud Kit features unique oil pan studs. They have been designed to make it as easy as possible to install an oil pan and seal it properly.

These oil pan studs feature a radiused bullet nose that serves to locate the pan rails allowing for an easy installation process that eliminates any potential cross-threading. A special locking flanged nut is included to lock the pan in place once the studs are installed.

Please Note: Designed for use with oil pans with side rails only. While following the manufacturers recommended torque sequence, tighten the nuts to the ARP recommended torque specifications using ARP Ultra-Torque Fastener Assembly Lubricant.

Tech Tip: ARP recommends using the ARP Ultra-Torque Fastener Assembly Lubricant as opposed to motor oil or other low quality lubricants. This is due to higher friction on the studs as well as inconsistencies in the clamping force of the fasteners when insufficient lubricants are used.
