Set of ARP High Performance 3/8"- 24 Thread 1.895" Long Rocker Arm Studs for all 289, 302 and 351 Windsor Engines.
When you are installing a rocker stud into a cylinder head in your 289, 302 or 351 Windsor if you see a wobble you have a problem that will compound all over your engine. This Set of ARP 134-7104 High Performance 3/8"- 24 Thread 1.895" Long Rocker Arm Studs are concentric within 00.5 total indicator runout (TIR) thread pitch to thread pitch. To ensure positive seating every time, the lengths are exact. The extra-large radius base offers greater flew resistance.
This Rocker Arm Stud Set is made in the USA of 8740 chrome moly forgings, finished with a black oxide coating and heat-treated to 180,000 psi. These are excellent for E.T. Bracket Racing, limited rule oval track competition and street use.

Please Note: Not to be used with OEM-style, self-locking nuts. While following the manufacturers recommended torque sequence, tighten the nuts to the ARP recommended torque specifications using ARP Ultra-Torque Fastener Assembly Lubricant.
Tech Tip: ARP recommends using the ARP Ultra-Torque Fastener Assembly Lubricant as opposed to motor oil or other low quality lubricants. This is due to higher friction on the studs as well as inconsistencies in the clamping force of the fasteners when insufficient lubricants are used.
