Rated 5 out of 5 by from Boss 302 Block I did my own 363. Bought my own Boss Block. 3.40 forged crank. 5.3/5 rods Ross 4.125 12 1/2 compression pistons. Custom grind cam. Trickflow twisted wedge R 225 Heads. And alot more stuff. I spent wat more money. Them the price I see here. So I I had to dk it again. I would get the crate engine from CJPony. And save money on maching work and this and that.

Does this fit 1966 Mustang Coupe, and if not a direct swap, what must be changed? Would purchase 1967 “big” radiator at the same time so plumbing location isn’t an issue.

Asked by: Ryan
You will need to change the oil pan and pick up tube. You will need a radiator that matches the engine inlet and outlets. Other parts are dependent on what transmission will be used.

Can I get this engine with a water pump outlet to the passenger side? My radiator is already mocked up and the bottom tube is on the passenger side.

Asked by: fastback4five
You can purchase a right hand outlet water pump and install it, Part of the timing cover will have to be trimmed off, it will not cause any issues.
