This kit features an attractive, durable all aluminum housing that will protect the battery in its new location and maintain a nice appearance. This Battery Relocation Kit with a lightweight Aluminum Battery Box comes with all the necessary hardware required for installation, including a breather tube and 16' of two gauge positive battery cable which affords you the freedom to choose exactly where you want to relocate the battery and install it hassle free.

They are there to vent any gasses that may build up in the box.
