AMK Products Markal Paint Stick Set

If you’re restoring your 1965-1973 Mustang, maintain your concours points and pay attention to the finer details with this Markal Paint Stick Set (MARK-12) by AMK Products. These paint sticks can be used on the body, engine and chassis of your Mustang, but also as art projects.

Set of 12 Includes:
- One each of: black, blue, brown, purple, pink, orange, red and green
- Two each of: white and yellow

As Mustangs and other Ford cards were assembled, the body, engine and chassis were marked with these crayons at the factory to show completion, or leave notes for inspectors down the line. An example of this would be the location of the paint racks, where they would write the specific location on the outside of the fender aprons. Some markings are eventually painted over and are only visible as raised lines under the paint.
