Developed for truck applications and other applications that require a long body muffler, our patented and race-bred muffler technology (401158) consistently provides the finest sound enhancements and performance exhaust system capabilities. This is because every system incorporates performance mufflers designed specifically for each application. This muffler is considered a "Touring" muffler when compared to part number 400130 and when used on the same application. It features notched necks for clamp-on installation and a reversible design for installation flexibility. Its high-quality T-304 austenitic stainless steel body will never rust. It is 100% welded construction for strength, and it features a free flow design for improved performance and high-temperature continuous-filament fiber (CFF) accoustic material for sound control. The natural mill finish on this muffler (401158) can be brushed or polished prior to installation. Best of all, it's made in the USA!
