Dupli-Color Clear Adhesion Promoter Primer.
This Dupli-Color Clear Adhesion Promoter Primer improves the adhesion of enamel and lacquer topcoats to all surfaces, including plastic and chrome. This is a universal primer that can be used in both interior and exterior paint jobs. The primer dries to the touch in 20 minutes and can be handled in as little as one hour.
