Mustang Flaming River Steering Column 33" Tilt Paintable Stainless Steel For Aftermarket Wheel 1967-1970

Flaming River 33" Stainless Steel Tilt Steering Column to Fit Aftermarket Wheels for 1967-1970 Mustangs.
This 33" tilt column is designed for use with floor shifter. They feature a 2" tube diameter and compact shroud create a unique new custom look. Each column comes complete with a billet dress up kit (Tilt/turn signal levers and hazard knob), GM wiring (4-1/4in. connector) and an all new canceling cam. Shaft size is 1 in. DD.
This isn't a rebuilt junkyard column, but rather an all new Flaming River engineered column featuring all new components. Made in the USA.
All Flaming River columns are made from 304 grade stainless steel and are available in paint-able mill finish OR polished to a high luster. They will never rust and are chemically clean and can be painted to match or highlight an interior with only minor preparation.
*Does not have a location for an ignition switch in the column. 1970 Mustangs will need to purchase an ignition switch separately and mount it under the dash.
*If your 1965-1966 Mustang has a Flaming River Short-Shaft Steering Box, you will need to purchase a 1967-1970 steering column.

buyer beware
CJ Pony Parts doesn't tell you this is an actual GM steering wheel, even though they are a Ford-only website. You have to buy a GM column adapter and GM steering wheel and horn button. The steering column itself is a relative pain to install because of the installation kit's firewall plate. The holes don't line up. The quality of the column itself is good, but a bit pricey for what you get.
