Mine were perfect
The fasteners and seals were excellent and the chrome on the ones I got was perfect. No blemishes. Well worth buying if you're doing a restoration because you can't afford to put those crappy, pitted originals back on your pretty new paint job.

Good Quality
Overall the quality is great, no imperfections. My only complaint is that there was small water spots or residue on them, but it buffs out. The black insert in between the chrome is a dead on match to the originals.
