DEI Exhaust Wrap Titanium 1” X 50’ Roll

Created from pulverized lava rock and made into a proprietary weave, this wrap withstands up to 1800°F of direct heat and resists abrasions, oil spills, and vibration breakdown. This product has a stylish carbon fiber appearance and is highly pliable to ensure a snug and secure wrap. To top it off, pre-wetting the roll or adding a silicone coating isn’t required, making installation straightforward.

Tech Tip: Exhaust wrap is not designed to be moved or removed after it has been heat cycled. After the fibers have been heated, they lose their initial flexibility. For this reason, you should avoid wrapping any flex pipes or flex joints.

- Wrapping of catalytic converters is NOT recommended; instead, create your shield using DEI’s Floor & Tunnel Shield II (DEI50501).
- DEI does NOT recommend wrapping exhaust systems made of titanium; instead, use alternatives such as flexible heat shields.
