DEI Exhaust Wrap Titanium 2” X 50’ Roll

Designed to withstand 1800°F of direct heat, this wrap decreases underhood temperatures to improve your exhaust’s reliability. This durable wrap is constructed from pulverized lava rock and made into a proprietary weave that resists abrasions, oil spills, and vibration breakdown. For a snug and secure wrap, this product is immensely pliable and does not require pre-wetting or a silicone coating. The wrap’s carbon fiber appearance gives your exhaust system some cutting-edge style!

Tech Tip: Exhaust wrap is not designed to be moved or removed after it has been heat cycled. After the fibers have been heated, they lose their initial flexibility. For this reason, you should avoid wrapping any flex pipes or flex joints.

Additional Notes:
- Wrapping of catalytic converters is NOT recommended; instead, create your shield using DEI’s Floor & Tunnel Shield II (DEI50501).
- DEI does NOT recommend wrapping exhaust systems made of titanium; instead, use alternatives such as flexible heat shields.
