As mentioned, when removing the old ones, they will break. However, once removed, the metal bar that take the new handle is wayyyyy too long (the chrome handle is not emptied to take the whole bar). Had to use plyers and wise grip to break off about 3/8 inch of the bar(was a guesstimate). On the driver's side, the little pin they mention on the web site has to be file down a bit (again guesstimate) in order to insert the new handle. On the passenger's side, no need as both handles are the same and the pin is not in the way. Also you will have to remove the plastic attached to the seat in order to do that. Finally, had to use super strength adhesive to hols the passenger's handle in place (which means it is there for a long time). For the price, I did not expect to go thru this whole process. By the way I have a Coupe Premium 2012 with cloth seats.
I purchased these not as a dress-up piece, but as a replacement for a broken lever on the drivers side. They are a nice addition and you receive 2, one for each side. CJ's price for the set was $10 cheaper than the orginals from Ford and a better quality. Well worth it especially with the free shipping!
