Ford Racing Short Throw Shifter with a Shift Knob for 2011-2014 V6/GT and 2012-2013 Boss 302 Mustangs with a 6-Speed Manual Transmission.
Looking for quicker shifts? Look no further. Ford Racing's short shifter features a 40% throw reduction and it is built in the USA from the highest quality materials. Machined from 6061 T6 billet aluminum and 304 stainless steel. The dual pivot trunnion allows for minimal loss of the neutral left to right throw. The shifter comes with a billet aluminum 2-post design shifter bracket which will help eliminate missed shifts due to shifter deflection caused by the flimsy factory shifter bracket. Both parts have a blue anodized finish.
This shifter is easy to install with no permanent modification while maintaining factory reverse lock out and back-up camera. Factory knob height is kept and the shifter accepts factory knobs. A white round shift knob is included with a 6-speed shift pattern imprinted on the top which comes with a chrome plated adapter.

Best Shifter (Ford Racing=Barton)
I used Barton short shifter for the past 6 months and it is nice but when Ford racing build this great shifter I loved the colour and shift knob look with FR logo. I ordered one and I removed my barton, but when I use it I feel like I drive barton shifter. However, this short shifter is the best shifter you can emagine and buy from ford. You will forget the loose when shifting or when you put the gear on gear 1 and sometime it goes to R so this will gone with FR shifter. Also it is very short compare it to your stock and solid. I reccommand this short shifter to everyone love to shift fast and safe.
